To delete your Tappio account and associated data, please send an email to: contact@tappio.app Subject Line: Account Deletion In your email, please include the wallet address associated with your account (starting with 0x...) to help us identify your account for deletion.
Upon processing your account deletion request, we will permanently remove: • Your wallet address and account information • App usage data and mining activity records • TAPP coin balance and transaction history • Any other data associated with your account
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receiving your email. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been successfully deleted from our systems.
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, certain anonymized data may be retained for fraud prevention, security purposes, or legal compliance requirements. This retained data cannot be used to identify you personally.
